Step1：はじめに

新規ドキュメントを作成します。

ドキュメントの中心からドラッグし、グラデーションを描いてください。

フィルターメニューから「アーティスティック」－「ラップ」を選び、下記の設定を適用します。

Step2：風を加える

フィルターメニューから「表現手法」－「風」を選び、下記の設定を適用します。

レイヤーを複製し、「Ctrl」+「T」を押してください。
右クリックし、「90°回転（時計回り）」を選びます。

「Ctrl」+「F」を押し、先ほどと同じフィルターを同じ設定で適用します。

「Ctrl」+「T」を押し、右クリックをして「90°回転（時計回り）」を選びます。

「Ctrl」+「F」を再度押し、同じ効果を適用します。

上記の工程をもう一度繰り返してください。

そのレイヤーを複製してください。
縮小して下記のように配置します。

レイヤーの描画モードを「覆い焼きカラー」にしてください。
